Online Engineer

Wuxi, Jiangsu

This person is responsible for providing remote technical support service for product for both customers (~80%) and GE healthcare field engineers (~20%). Provide first response and remote solution where possible to customer experiencing technical system difficulties.

Handle the calls from both customers and field Engineers. 

Offer the technical solution or support to field engineer remotely.    

Contribute to service productivity project. 

Drive product quality and serviceability, identifying Field Process Improvements.    

Perform proactive system test to find potential problem and perform preventive maintenance for customer remotely.       

Manage remote service knowledge databaseExecute technical training to field engineer as required.

Major in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science, Bachelor degree;

CET4/CET6, good English skill on both reading and writing;

Program Execution Engineer

Wuxi, Jiangsu

The Project Assistant position is responsible for new item and product introduction (NPI) process, providing product structures, labeling and manufacturing documentation in electronic product data management system (PDM). Project Assistant works in cross-functional team, ensuring that product changes will be processed correctly.

Working in a team responsible for new product development or maintenance of products or platforms

Working closely with all cross-functional groups in delivering effective new product development process results

Ensuring compliance with Design History File (DHF), Device Master Record (DMR) and other QMS requirements

Creating product structures and updating them according to ERC/ECO process including acting as an CCB member and CCB chairman

Mechanical Engineer

Wuxi, Jiangsu

Learns the practical application of engineering principals, achieves expertise in Mechanical Engineering, and investigates new techniques as part of a team. Responsible for designing Mechanical product/subsystem release solutions.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

1. Designing new products and/or supporting Installed Base of mechanical components or subsystems.

2. Executes design to engineering standards

3. Works within a team to deliver technical solutions

Lead Systems Engineer

This position has design responsibility to deliver customer workflow, feature functionality, product quality, reliability, serviceability, manufacturability, regulatory, compliance, and cost. Activities include requirements development, traceability and flow down, architecture / system design and analysis, FMEA, developing/executing System Verification and Validation test procedures, and providing support to manufacturing and field issues.

Product Manager

Wuxi, Jiangsu

This position is for a Product Manager in the Monitoring Solution Value Segment. This position is responsible for the overall success of Monitoring Value product portfolio and delivers measurable business results through product solutions that meet both market needs and organizational goals. It drives cross-functional business engagement and ensures product meets specifications and are developed on time and on budget.

Work closely with Global Product Mgmt & Marketing in defining the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market. Responsible for execution of the product roadmaps and New Product Introductions (NPI).

Own financial performance of the product portfolio. Determine product profitability, growth rates, gaps to target, pipeline health & sales forecasts. Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements and commercial change process.

Guide development teams to build the right product and be the connect to the customers & commercial teams.

Work closely with Global Product Management & Marketing to collect and analyze both short-term and long-term solution requirements of the customer, through discussions and observations with customers, as well as soliciting input from commercial marketing teams and sales channel.

Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the “voice of the customer” is reflected in work processes

Build competitive cost models based on market information and supply chain costs. Provide Global Product Marketing with feature / spec comparison for use in sales support.

Own the product business case. Create & consolidate the financial model, and verify financials in portfolio management tool (PPM). Establish ICV & CM targets.

Set list price based on market-based pricing model and CM objective, and monitor ASP targets. Develop and execute a clinical evidence generation plan together with Medical and Clinical Affairs.

Provide marketing input and requirements as related to potential product cost reductions efforts, price/margin analysis to maximize product profitability.

Lead product testing and acceptance at initial sites. Maintain release schedules and ensure regional (regulatory) requirements are met. Ensure product availability. Provide user and clinical content to support value proposition. Assist in training where necessary. Manage select KOL relationships.

Support QA and other segments during audits, CSOs, and other reportable incidents. Maintain PPM.

Monitor product adoption and use upon release in order to determine which features/ functionality would enhance future versions.

Inventory Specialist

Ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials to support production and sales. Work to resolve Materials issues while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

Overall ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling targeting 2-week inventory levels, at a minimum

Oracle and Digital Cockpit expert

Ensure systemic accuracy of inventory

Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control)

Daily Shortage root cause investigation and resolution

Project Analyst

The Project Analyst will directly support the manufacturing operations & develop advanced manufacturing systems for Supply Chain.This individual is responsible for manufacturing execution systems (MES) data collection, control, reporting, interfacing, integration, database, development, including coordinating with off-shore support

- Configure current MES system PLC, HMI/SCADA, Historian, SQL, Plant Applications, Reporting, etc. for machine integration, data collection and new development based on business process.

- Create custom SQL and custom configured reports.

Systems Engineer

The systems engineer focuses on image optimization and algorithms development for ultrasound products, including system parameters design, image tuning, image noise reduction, acoustic power control…to meet clinical requirements and safety requirements as well as algorithm development for new features and to improve system performance. The systems engineer is responsible for ultrasound product image quality and algorithms’ performance.

Site PE Manager

Wuxi, Jiangsu

The position will be responsible for developing and deploying the production technical leadership for Wuxi site, driving process and product quality rigor. Strengthen the technical capabilities for the production teams. Aggressively initiate new processes and methods that will improve safety, reduce product cost and/or improve product quality.

Work with manufacturing leadership to identify and resolve manufacturing and quality problems related methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design.

Lead and execute Brilliant Factory strategy for Wuxi site, work with Global/Regional AME and other available resources to leverage the existing technologies or find out the best, approachable solution to achieve the period goals.

Ensure early focus on manufacturability in NPI programs. Drive rigor in process capability assessment, process layout, tooling and equipment development and QMS Design Transfer execution
