China IT Leader

Wuxi, Jiangsu

Manages a group of intermediate level IT employees

Participate as a key member of an IT Management Team.

Responsible for financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.

Responsible for People Management including work plan development, performance management, and people development.

Responsible for team building and development including organization structure, recruiting, global team management.

Compile and present Management Reports on team performance including metrics, deliverable status, etc.

Communicate status to senior management.

Accountable for Six Sigma training, usage and goal attainment for the team.

Ensure team adherence to all IT processes, policies, and procedures including IT Security.

Responsible of IT Controls compliance for the team

Engagement with customers in their respective function or business area.

Governance/Leadership for all program/projects executed or supported by their teams.

Significant level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

Management/leadership experience across supply chain, manufacturing, distribution and logistics functions

Detailed understanding of IT management including architecture, design/development and deployment of application systems

Strategic/ IT skills

Detailed knowledge and experience of IT application architecture strategy and its alignment to business strategy

Data architecture/design aligned to business process with appropriate controls and data security.

Application interface design – to support common system data migration/sharing

Knowledge of application functions and process for generic enterprise application, specifically Mapics plus range of financial and management reporting systems.

Mapics (or equivalent ERP system) detailed knowledge of the functionality and modules

Technology trends – understanding of emerging IT technology trends and their implications for CGT applications and opportunities these give to drive revenue and customer engagement

Organisation and business knowledge,

Business process knowledge of CGT manufacturing, purchasing, financial, customer, products and distribution functions

Business level trends, competitor activity and technology changes that impact CGT products

CMI level initiatives – understanding of projects and programmes and the implications/impact they will have on the business processes within CGT

Contemporary business process developments – full understanding of the benefits and opportunities new process provide to CGT and how they can be deployed


College, university, or equivalent degree required to MBA level

Directs and formulates the IT System strategy including Architecture roadmap, system development and deployment for CGT China that will include formulating architecture, data/security administration, system support and adherence to Service levels.

Partners with business leaders to identify short and long-term projects to be undertaken; directs needs analysis in collaboration with business leaders to determine project timelines; oversees analysis, project identification, design, budget, communication, and integration; approves business workflow and project design for all applications (legacy/contemporary) across CGT .

Leadership/ mentoring/Controls

Develops, leads, and motivates project management staff; sets goals in training and development, performance, and career planning

Formulates annual operational and financial budgets as they relate to unit objectives.

Project Management Managers and Project Managers; delegates project assignments based on availability, ability, and developmental needs; provides developmental feedback to team members; coaches other Project Managers in managing teams.

Responsible for IT controls compliance of applications and data across global CGT systems.

Supports CMI initiatives (eg ERP/BOLT/NGMES/EASE/IQR etc.) integration and deployment into CGT through providing leadership and business process integration.


HR Trainee HR

Wuxi, Jiangsu

Supports human resources activities within a site, organizational unit, or department. Responsible for the deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of defined Human Resources processes within the business or functional organization. Partners with managers and employees to resolve issues and concerns.

Compiles and analyzes human resources process metrics, analyzes results and recommends improvements.

Assists in resolution of conflicts and provides coaching and counseling on employment matters; conducts and documents investigations.

Participates in performance management activities including employee development planning.

Provides staffing and recruiting support; conducts work force data analysis.

Facilitates compensation process and benefits administration by partnering with shared services and corporate human resources; develops and implements workforce compensation recommendations.

Assists in managing administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures; advises on compliance with key legislative requirements.

Coordinates training needs assessment and participates in training activities and special projects.

Creates employment contracts as required by local law or practice.

Ensures accuracy and completeness of workforce information in human resource information systems.

Other Requirement:

Bachelor Degree/Master preferred,

No limit in discipline, HR , Management & Economics will be a plus

Fluent English in both reading and writing,

Internship Experience in Multinational Companies and HR Function is preferred.

PE Trainee

Wuxi, Jiangsu

Uses existing technical engineering methods, performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer in the area of testing and analysis of engine and engine related components for stress, strain, fatigue, noise and vibration. Applies (as acquired via formal education or technical experience) standard practices and techniques in specific situations, analyzes and correlates data, recognizes discrepancies in results, and follows established procedures and operations through a series of related detailed steps or processes to derive a solution or conclusion.

Uses prescribed and innovative methods, and works with limited guidance.

Participates as a team member and actively contributes towards team goals.

Carries out partially defined and moderately complex tasks.

Demonstrates good understanding and applies knowledge of an engineering discipline.

Applies engineering and/or scientific skills and continues to develop experience in creating engineering solutions.

Good communication skills, initiative and teamwork spirits.

Very familiar with office software (Excel, Power point and Word) .

Very familiar with AutoCAD mechanical, Pro-E (CREO). Candidate with ANSYS, ROMAX, MathCAD experience would be preferable.

Workable and fluent written and oral English.

Education/qualifications required (classify as essential and optional):

Master or Bachelor degree above.

Major in Mechanical Design & Manufacture/Mechanical engineering or related.

Mechanical support on new product localization.

Mechanical structure design for customization product and new product development.

Make 2D/3D drawing with CAD tool per company / GB / ISO standard & requirement.

Mechanical analysis with CAD& CAE tools, draft technical report.

Arrange and coordinate mechanical test internal or external.

Provide technical support to field sales and customers, handle with potential sales opportunity, technical inquiries and complaints.

Work with Manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets.

Work with Purchasing and SQI team to improve the quality of outsourced parts.

Be engaged in engineering routine work, such as engineering change(ECR, ECO, ERN)

Cooperate with the global team members for necessary technical issue and meeting.

Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
